About Us
FBC Book Club
Through our FBC Book Club, we encourage reading excellence for pre-kindergarten, elementary and middle school age students. This program identifies age-appropriate books and, in some cases, local authors, to create a space to read and facilitate student book reviews.
Student Academic Support
We coordinate tutoring services to help students on an as-needed basis. We identify members in the church body who are qualified to assist students in various academic areas. We also provide outside academic support if needed/approved. We also periodically offer ACT and SAT preparatory classes, college fairs, and college tours specifically to support our high school students.
Community Outreach
We organize and encourage participation by our high school students in various community outreach activities. In the past, these activities have included volunteer partnership with United Cerebral Palsy and holiday activities with adult living communities.
